Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Framework Webinar 11-17-2026 (Upcoming)

The Palm Beach MPO will host a Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Framework Webinar on November 17 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. to share findings and recommendations from the MPO’s TOC initiatives. The webinar will provide an overview of TOC principles and highlight strategies that local governments and transportation partners can use to better coordinate land use, transportation, housing, and economic development around high-quality transit. Participants will learn about the MPO’s emerging TOC Framework, including approaches to improve multimodal access, support walkable, connected communities, strengthen transit-supportive development, and identify implementation opportunities throughout Palm Beach County.
