Link at Boca Transit-Oriented Development Breaks Ground
A major milestone for transit-oriented development in South Florida was celebrated at the groundbreaking of Link at Boca, a new mixed-use project adjacent to the Boca Raton Tri-Rail Station that will bring housing, retail space, and community amenities within walking distance of transit. Palm Beach MPO Executive Director Valerie Neilson joined MPO Chair Yvette Drucker, Board Members Marci Woodward and Marc Widger, SFRTA Executive Director Dave Dech, FDOT District Secretary Steve Braun, and regional partners to mark the occasion. The project demonstrates strong collaboration to expand transportation choices, strengthen connectivity, and create more accessible, walkable communities throughout the region.
